TDPA 2016

The hypothetical site for the Tapestry Design Prize for Architects 2016 was the National Gallery of Australia (NGA). The specific site the tapestry is to be designed for is on Level 1 of Col Madigan’s original building, on a bush hammered concrete wall. Located in Canberra, it was established in 1967 by the Australian government as a national public art museum.
